On March 11, 2021, President Biden enacted the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) a provision of the COVID-19 Relief Bill. ARPA is enhancing premium assistance (APTCs - Advanced Premium Tax Credits) eligibility for the millions of Americans who buy their own coverage through the health insurance exchanges created by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In Minnesota that exchange is MNsure and in Wisconsin it is the Federally Facilitated Marketplace of healthcare.gov. You can learn more here.

To see if you qualify for cost-savings visit MNsure (Minnesota residents) or Healthcare.gov (Wisconsin residents).
